How to use Electronic Heated Apparel Safely:

2. Keep your heated apparel in good working condition. Follow the manufacturer’s directions for proper cleaning and storage. Check for any frayed wires or other damage like cracks and breaks. If you notice any issue that doesn’t look right, contact our customer service team by emailing us at [email protected]
3. Use it smartly. This product is not recommended for pregnant women or those with a known heart condition. Unattended children should not use this product.
4. Store it right. Always remove the Lithium-Ion battery when not in use, especially when storing it. Charge your Lithium-Ion battery before storing it in the off season or for extended periods. We recommend that you hang your heated apparel. Do not bunch it up or put heavy objects on top of the heated apparel when storing.
5. Avoiding Burns. For jackets, vests and base layers, we recommend a layer of clothing be worn between your heated product and the skin. Prolonged contact and pressure with the heating panel and skin could cause burns. Experts say people with diabetes are less sensitive to heat which could result in a burn. Discontinue use immediately if any sense of discomfort.
